Orderly queue to the 4D counter, but a long queue to the NTUC Cashiers; the seniors' counter is also not for seniors.

Only two booths are attended by one auntie, while the other is usually closed or out of printing paper.

It used to be super crowded, but now it's less crowded. Other than that, nothing special—just a regular sgpools experience.

That's the only place where we can still buy football matches until 9 PM. Plus, there's plenty of nice food nearby, especially 302. Cheers.

The outlet is quite small, yet decent for the residents and shoppers here. However, the queuing area for shoppers is small, and the space for people to fill out their betting slips is also quite limited. More people now go to the Singapore Pools outlet located on Level 3 of the mall instead of the NTUC one, as the Level 3 outlet is much larger and can cater to more people.

It hides in a corner unless you are crazy about betting; otherwise, you won't notice it. What happens if you're like me and don't usually bet, but at the last minute inspiration strikes? You won't be able to find it, and the results will appear.

It's interesting that there's another Singapore Pools' outlet upstairs, but residents believe the FP outlet is luckier. Personally, I found the upstairs outlet offered a better user experience. Anyway, I placed Toto bets at both outlets, as it was my first visit to Lot One. I won nothing.
