Orderly queue to 4D counter, but a long queue to NTUC Cashiers. The seniors' counter is also not for seniors.

Only two booths **are** attended by one auntie, while the other usually is closed or **runs** out of printing paper.

Used to be super crowded, but now the crowd has decreased. Other than that, nothing special—just a regular sgpools experience.
