Really bad experience over the past month at Sketchers. My girlfriend has a membership card which has points accumulated over many years. Recently Sketchers changed to an online system which is of course their freedom. The problem is this system does not work. When you try and log it, it automatically logs you out with a second. This was over a month ago.
Since then she has tried to pm Skechers on Facebook and even replied to an email sent by Sketchers saying her points are expiring. Their replies were that they were not responsible for that. Please look for the correct person. They could not even connect that issue to the right person nor could they provide the contacts of the right person. So yesterday we went down to the outlet at Lot 1. And their staff could see the points on their system but could not do anything about it as the log in does not work. They could only refer to their customer service EMAIL. not even a contact number where they could assist. An EMAIL which means it would take even more time. Sensing it is beyond their level, I requested for a way to contact their management to let them know the issue. And their staff could only provide me with the SAME EMAIL. In my mind, I was wondering if Sketchers was starting to SCAM their clients. By offering reward points and then changing systems so these points cannot be used?
And the worst thing, they are not in the least interested in their clients needs and the only method is to EMAIL them which they can just delete and hide behind. From a lifelong fan of Sketchers, they have managed to make me give up on them. Why would I even support a company which has no interest in their clients. If you are reading this, I would urge you to consider that point as well. I am grading a 1 star here as that is the minimum I can, if not, I would grade them -10000 stars. That is how disappointing the entire experience with Sketchers has been.

Bought my 1st skechers shoes n thought I can enjoy for its quality, but finally I m wrong. 1st day worn it, the glue part open out on both shoes. Bring back to the shop, and they told me need to bring back the boxes n they will send to headquarters. It might take around 2 week for the feedback. Really spoil my mood.

Went in the big store on Friday night because I saw the new arch fit walking shoes in black and white looks good. Ask for my usual size it was too big then change smaller. Somehow the front part was too tight. The salesperson was unhappy I didn't make purchase and mumbled between themselves their annoyance. It made me feel uncomfortable and I will not step in again.

This is a rather belated review for an experience my family member encountered in around end Aug 2024. After making a purchase and before leaving the store, my family member spotted a promotion displayed at the store entrance that mentioned that a free pair of sandals will be given for above purchase of $150. Since the purchase made was above $150, my family member questioned why we were not entitled to the promotion. The staff appeared to be rather upset and informed that we can choose from a certain range only, and most shocking part is they claimed we have to pay wave again the same amount to process the free item and the amount to be refunded will be by cash in 3 days. Nothing sounds right - how would they provide the refund? It was not explained. My family member felt that it was strange and decided to leave and not get the free item as it required us to pay double of our purchase. Later one of the staff came to give the pair of sandals after my family member left the shop. What I want to say is that it seems very weird practice, makes me wonder what they would have done with the supposedly free sandals they accumulated. Perhaps the explanation was lost in translation. But neither of the staff apologised for missing out on the promotion and it appears they were even annoyed that the customer discovered there was a promotion.

Quite disappointed with the service, most of the shoes has run out of size. Wonder if the person did check on the stock availability. No wonder there's promotion of buy 2 get 1 free. Guess it's just to clear out old stocks and less fascinated shoes designs. May consider visiting other outlet or other shoes brands.

A Chinese male staff member was incredibly rude to me. I wasn't even trying on shoes; I was just touching two pairs. He was pushy and incredibly rude.
His exact words were: "HOW YOU WANT TO BUY?!"
I replied, "Wait, let me just look first."
Then he said: "DON'T TOUCH! MY BOSS WILL BE VERY ANGRY!"

I visited Sketchers Lot 1 on Sunday noon, there were lot's of people buying shoes as there was a promotion ,buy 1 pair of shoes and get the second one at $19 or on half price.
I needed shoes without lace. I was looking for pump shoes which are comfortable for 4 to 5 km walks.
Chuan Sook Li approached me when I was admiring shoes for women.
Though it was a busy time for her but she did not ignore me.
I told her what I was looking for and she not only managed to check shoes for my feet size but she did not rush me also.
I bought two pairs for $128.
I also bought inners for those shoes.
Sally spoke to me politely while removing the price tag from the shoes I decided to buy and wear.
I would say, this outlet has great collection of shoes and service is good too. Well done Chuan Sook Li and Sally.
