😡😡😡Don't buy this model. This bag's material is not good. My son only used this for 2 days. Then this bag tore. I asked for an exchange. However, the cashier said that she would not even exchange it for a cheaper and better model. I then asked for a bag of the same price, but she still said 'no'. The cashier then said that she would only allow me to take a more expensive bag and pay $30 extra for a new bag of nearly the same price, making a total of $65. 😡😡😡😡😡 It's a business trick, luring kids with the beautiful colours and designs, making us spend more money. To compare, I bought a bag for 35 dollars with no colours or designs from another company, which is way more durable, strong, and sturdier than the expensive Smiggle bag. The Smiggle bag, by the way, was on offer, while the bag I bought now wasn't. The Smiggle bag's original price was $70. There's a 45 dollar difference between both bags.👎👎👎😡😡😡

Very bad service and no manners from the staff (2 ladies) at the CCK Lot 1 outlet today, 3 November 2022, at 7 PM. My kids were eating candies and were told, "Can you eat outside?" with a rude tone. I would appreciate it if they could use a well-mannered tone, like one taught by their preschool teacher. After we went out of the store, they kept staring at us as if they wanted to pick a fight. Please educate your staff and treat all your customers in a proper manner.

I bought at G34Q Lot One. The salesperson there did not assist us, even though we asked. She was not good at sales. Her name is Jeslyn. I won't buy from this shop anymore. The staff had an attitude. I had to wait until 3:45 PM for them to open, and then I was met with attitude.

The staff at the Lot One CCK branch had a very bad attitude and were very rude. We entered the shop a few minutes before 9:00 PM, and the kids were very happy. However, despite the closing time being listed as 9:30 PM (with a note about potential changes due to New Year), the staff abruptly turned off the lights and instructed my whole family to leave the shop. It was very unprofessional, and we felt disappointed by this attitude. We had planned to buy many things as presents to bring to the Philippines, but it's so sad that these people don't know how to treat their customers. 👎👎👎 👎👎👎
