π‘π‘π‘Don't buy this model. This bag's material is not good.My son only used this for 2 days.Then this bag tore. Later I asked for an exchange. Then, the cashier says that she will not even exchange it for a cheaper and better model. Later I asked for the bag of the same price but she still said 'no'. Later the cashier said that she will only allow me to take the more expensive bag and pay $30 dollars extra for a new bag of nearly the same price, making a total of 65 dollars.π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘ It's a business trick by luring kids with the beautiful colours and designs making us spend more money. To compare, I bought a bag for 35 dollars with no colours or designs from another company which is way more durable, strong and sturdier than the expensive Smiggle bag. The Smiggle bag; by the way, was on an offer while the bag that I bought now wasn't; The Smiggle bag's original price was 70 dollars. There's a 45 dollar difference between both bags.ππππ‘π‘π‘

Very bad services and no manner for the staffs (2 ladies) at CCK Lot 1 outlet @ 7 PM today 3 November 2022. My kids were eating candies and was been told to βCan u eat outsideβ with a rude tone. I would appreciate if they can use a well manner tone taught by they preschool teacher. After we went out the stores, they keep staring at us like wants to pick up a fight with us. Please educate your staff and treat all your customer in a proper manner.

The staff had a very bad attitude and very rude at Lot One CCK branch. We entered the shop a few minutes before 9:00 PM and the kids are very happy, but although the closing time was listed as 9:30 PM with a note about potential changes due to New Year, the staff abruptly turned off the lights and instructed my whole family to leave the shop. It was very unprofessional, and we feel disappointed about this attitude. We had planned to buy a lot of things for presents to bring to the Philippines, but itβs so sad that these people donβt know how to entertain their customers.πππ πππ
