The therapist had a fever and his nose was running all the way through. No face mask worn! I had to tell him to go softer 7-8 despite me showing discomfort. Then at one point he did my legs one hand as he was on his phone with the other. I could hear clicks on the keyboard. Very poor service. Previous visits were good but this occasion has let the business down.

Maggie - nails too long and massage was painful. Technique needs to be checked and compared to other staff. Pls do quality check of your staff's technique to ensure consistent service quality and performance. Not even asking customer if pressure is ok. Very disappointed. Still paid full price out of pity though..

Called the hotline to book an appointment. The staff manning the phone was impatient and didn’t answered my queries properly. It was obviously my first time booking here and I was not well aware of the services provided. When asked, the way she responded was sarcastic. And she ended the call by saying that she had a customer to attend. Kindly brush up on your customer service. Update: Called back and my experience was far better than before. She must’ve recognised my disappointment via the phone. It takes zero cents to be kind to your potential customers.

Good, try the foot massage tonight, since I'm injured my left leg & massage by Guo. Maybe, you should try to keep yourself healthy. Foot are also important to you, since we need them to walk our journey daily! I think Spaze massage is more economic vs others 🤔, since I also attend others massage centre, maybe can check ✔️ out the prices using Google map!

Always been here since young also because I live nearby. Staffs are very pleasant and professional. Served by Mr Kevin for the on-chair massage. He is very knowledgeable too. He will make sure the right pressures are used for each points and will explain to you where and why you hurt. Some times he will share with you info about healthy wellness too. He never rushes through and patiently take time for each point. Same for Ms. Anna that did full body massage for me but had last moved to Junction 8 branch. Polite and Professional. On point with good pressure. If you have a preferred massuer, do note down their names and check with the front desks to know if they are available or to help you check where they might had transferred to. Enjoy.

I like how they ask the customers to wash their feet when they enter. Irene did a 1 hour body massage for me and she was very skillful. She was able to relieve my body aches with the right amount of pressure.
