Reason for me to be supportive due to their launch of sugar free pandan chiffon cake. Is quite unique and extra awesome for them to research and come out with such product which other players yet to do so.

Bread ok, but service over there not so good, ask something, the chinese fat lady tone so bad, maybe she not in good mood today.☹☹☹in fact , customer service cannot this way, we not own her

The bread was okay, but the service there was not so good. When I asked for something, the Chinese lady's tone was so bad; maybe she was not in a good mood today.☹☹☹ In fact, customer service cannot be this way; we don't own her.

I've bought many cakes from them, and they don't disappoint with their unique yet yummy flavours. Their prices are very affordable! I especially like their Red Velvet and Pistachio Chocolate. However, do note that their Pistachio Chocolate is more of a hazelnut chocolate cake; I wish the pistachio cream had more layers. They also provide disposable forks and plates, which I find thoughtful!

Bought a bunch of bread today and felt that the service was really lacking. The staff shoved all the bread into a small plastic bag and, in doing so, squished it. When I requested a bigger bag, the staff reluctantly obliged and was clearly unhappy. Unacceptable.

I would like to compliment the Malay cashier for her exceptional service at Lot One outlet! Her enthusiasm and dedication to serving customers is commendable. She consistently greets customers with a warm and friendly demeanor. Sweeheng is fortunate to have such an employee on their team. She is deserving of recognition and a raise for her outstanding service! 👍👍
