This store is located along the stretch near NTUC fairprice, at basement one. (To your left when you take the escalator downwards) Although the store is small, they have a great variety of buns and confectionery products. From Singapore favorite pork floss buns to your classic hot dog staples. You name it, they have it. Giving a 3-star because of the creeping price upwards in recent years. The price of the products increased every single year, so much so to the extent one single bun almost cost similar to a packet of rice you can buy from a kopitiam... Inflation is so real...

Absolutely horrendous experience at this outlet. I used to visit regularly for their bread, but after the appalling service Iβve encountered, I will never return. During one visit, the cashier thought it was acceptable to shove multiple pieces of bread into a tiny plastic bag, completely squashing them. When I asked for a bigger bag, I was met with an outright rude refusal.
The final straw was when my elderly mother accidentally dropped a toast on the floor while struggling with the tongs. Instead of showing any empathy or understanding, the staff rudely demanded that she pay for the dropped item on top of her other purchases. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy here is astounding.
This outlet is a disgrace, and the staff clearly lack proper training in customer service. There are far better bakeries out there that respect their customers and donβt treat them like a nuisance. Avoid this place at all costs.

Bought a bunch of bread today and felt that the service was really lacking. I had bought a lot of bread today, and the staff shoved all of them into a small plastic bag and, in doing so, squished all the bread which I had bought. When I requested for a bigger bag the staff reluctantly obliged and was clearly unhappy. Unacceptable.

Frequent buyer of swee heng but their bread quality is not as soft and tender as compared to other bakeries.
However i love their pandan waffles - it is chewy and soft, highly recommended!
Was recce-ing for my birthday cake so i tested their biscoff cream cheese cake ($4.50). Overall it is a pleasant cake to indulge in, sweetness in every layer. I cant really taste the cream cheese in the layers. I think the biscoff is only on the top. Would buy the slice again but not the entire cake to share with family since it is too sweet.

Sandwiches are so darn good, pricer for the small sandwich but what the heck, you need variety and you only live once! Go try pls!!
Had the tuna with egg mayo and chicken ham and cheese, spent $6.

I would like to compliment the Malay cashier for her exceptional service at lot one outlet! Her enthusiasm and dedication to serving customers is commendable, she consistently greets customers with a warm and friendly demeanor. Sweeheng is fortunate to have such a employee on their team, she is deserving of recognition and a raise for her outstanding service! ππ

Have bought many cakes from them and they don't disappoint with their unique yet yummy flavours. Prices are very affordable! Especially like their red velvet and pistachio chocolate. But note that their pistachio chocolate is more of a hazelnut chocolate cake, wish that the pistachio cream can have more layers. They also provide disposable fork and plates which I think is thoughtful!

Reason for me to be supportive due to their launch of sugar free pandan chiffon cake. Is quite unique and extra awesome for them to research and come out with such product which other players yet to do so.
