Bought a pair of AirPod Max, it seems alright at first, but I started experiencing some issues a few days later. They do not honour an exchange even though I only bought it 6 days ago. I would rather buy it directly from the Apple Store in town or at the Jewel where they honour a exchange if the product is defective within the 2 weeks period.

Last night, my sibling and I were looking at the iPad display models, comparing between two adjacent displays when one of your male staff abruptly came over to us, snatched the iPad away and shifted it back to its “original position.” He then walked away back to the cashier counter without a word. We were horrified by his act as both my sibling and I were still in the midst of comparing their color contrast, size and specifications etc. That act from the male staff was unwarranted and unnecessary.

Alex and the young chinese guy was super helpful in helping us transfer our phone data into the new iphone. Hong Luck also tried to assist but he has really bad breath which threw both of us off. We had to avoid asking him for help lol..

Had a lovely experience here. Thankful to Mr Bernard for helping me out. Bought Iphone online and had to trouble him to recommend me good screen protector + casing as it was for my husband. Can tell the others were busy with stocktaking but he kindly fix the screen protector + casing for me. Thank you for the friendly & kind service!

My wife needed to replace her old iphone at this shop today and she was helped by Alex and Sze Yuen.
