Last night, my sibling and I were looking at the iPad display models, comparing two adjacent displays, when one of your male staff members abruptly came over to us, snatched the iPad away, and shifted it back to its “original position.” He then walked back to the cashier counter without a word.
We were horrified by his act, as both my sibling and I were still in the midst of comparing their color contrast, size, and specifications, etc. That act from the male staff was unwarranted and unnecessary.

Bought a pair of AirPods Max. They seemed alright at first, but I started experiencing some issues a few days later. They do not honour an exchange, even though I only bought them 6 days ago.
I would rather buy them directly from the Apple Store in town or at the Jewel, where they honour an exchange if the product is defective within the 2-week period.

Alex and the young Chinese guy were super helpful in helping us transfer our phone data into the new iPhone. Hong Luck also tried to assist, but he had really bad breath, which threw both of us off. We had to avoid asking him for help.
