Bought shirt and pants. The pants needed altering. RASHAD is very helpful, from the alteration of my pants to assisting at the self-service counter. And thanks to the auntie "who allows" to alter the pants. Happy with the purchase. Thanks!

I went looking for a specific Polo T, but it wasn't on display. A young lady assisted us promptly and got it for us from inside. I appreciate her help, though I'm sorry I didn't catch her name.

I had a great experience at this outlet. The staff here were super friendly and helpful, and even offered me a basket when they noticed I was carrying a lot of stuff. A staff member (Eesha? I've forgotten her name) at the dressing room was also kind enough to return my phone that I had left behind! I'm so grateful to the staff here. Good job!

My visit was for Click & Collect. I informed a staff member at the entrance and was redirected to the counter, which was fine. Upon reaching the counter, the only (female) staff member was attending to a couple. I was first in the queue and waited. The couple took longer than expected and started chatting. A queue started to form, and the staff member at the counter paged for a (male) colleague to help. I initially thought a new counter would open, but it didn't. The male colleague arrived and ended up serving the couple as well. 10 minutes later, the situation did not improve at all. Customers in the queue grew impatient and ended up using the self-checkout, while I butted in to inform both staff members that I just wanted to collect my paid items. I was then shooed away by the female staff member to wait for my turn. The male colleague then noticed and took out his employee phone to scan the QR code, and I received my package. This definitely did not meet the expectations for the speed and convenience of a 'Click & Collect' service. What could have taken 5 minutes took 20 minutes just to collect my items, even though it was not crowded in the store. This experience truly defeats the purpose of having a 'Click & Collect' service. This is not my first time utilizing the 'Click & Collect' service by the brand. I would recommend visiting other nearby outlets for such purposes instead.

Today, I purchased a few clothes and paid at the self-service kiosk. After completing my payment, I noticed that one of the shirts had a stain. I approached the counter staff, Nurees, and informed her I wanted to exchange the stained shirt for the exact same item. However, she did not explain the exchange process to me at all. After picking up the replacement, I returned to the counter to let her know I had the replacement. Only then did she ask me where the stained item was. She should have either kept it when I first approached her or informed me of the proper procedure beforehand. Instead, I had to go back to the racks to find it again. Throughout the interaction, her facial expression and attitude were unwelcoming, making it seem like she had no interest in helping or providing service.

I appreciate the great service by Shah and a Chinese lady in glasses who assisted with my exchange request and also helped me look for the padded top that had already been transferred out. Not just commending their service to me, but seeing their genuine service given to other customers makes the whole experience a happy one! This is such a pleasant team, and I’ll gladly shop at this outlet again!!

Shah is super friendly, super helpful, and quite observant. He noticed that I was having some trouble finding the ladies' belt and took the initiative to help me find the belt that I needed. Not only that, but he is also very knowledgeable and patient when attending to my needs, making the shopping process quick and smooth. Excellent service. I had a great time here :)

I had a really great experience, thanks to Shah at UNIQLO. He patiently explained how to order an online-exclusive item and also guided me through the refund process in case the item didn’t fit. On top of that, he took the time to tell me about the current SG60 promotion and how I could make the most of my savings. What impressed me most was how he handled the situation, even though the store was very busy. I was feeling stressed about holding up the queue, but Shah reassured me and even enlisted the help of other staff to manage the line so he could continue assisting me. You can really tell that Shah enjoys his job and serves with genuine pride. It’s staff like him who truly make shopping at UNIQLO such a pleasant and memorable experience. Thank you!
