I bought an item, but they didn't tell me there was a 1-for-1 offer! I had already bought it when, the next day, I went to Hillion Mall and the staff told me about the 1-for-1 offer.

I had a wonderful experience today at Watson (Lot One). I lost my membership card, and hence, I had cancelled it online a few days ago. Today, when I purchased a new card at the counter, I had a problem logging into the Watson app to connect the new card. Hanisa was very helpful and patient to help me resolve the problem. Thanks so much to Hanisa : )
