Just went to Watsons to pick up my orders. It was a smooth process. One bad experience I had was that the terms and conditions to use the voucher was not clear (I.e. what items are not eligible.) After a few tries, I gave up. Hopefully, Watsons can improve in this area🙂 …

I was at the outlet on 22 Nov in the afternoon. I went to the cashier counter to make payment. I greeted (I said Hello!) the Indian staff, but she did not greet back and gave this typical bored / RBF look. I asked to pay via GrabPay, but she said they don’t have GrabPay here which is quite strange as many Watson outlets have GrabPay. So maybe this outlet may be one of the outlets that doesn’t have it. I have visited a few outlets (such as West Mall) who will have staff with this kind of service. I wish that Watsons can step up on their service standards, have the basic decency to greet back when customers kindly greeted you. Don’t always give customers the look that ‘they don’t wanna be here or i’m so sick of this’. Come on, who doesn’t have a bad day? But cheer up when customers try to make your day better.

I was at the outlet on November 22nd in the afternoon. I went to the checkout counter to make payment. I greeted the Indian staff (I said 'Hello!'), but she did not greet back and gave me a typical bored/RBF look. I asked to pay via GrabPay, but she said they don't have GrabPay here, which was quite strange as many Watsons outlets have GrabPay. So perhaps this outlet is one that doesn't have it. I bought an item, but they didn't tell me there was a 1-for-1 offer! I had already bought it when, the next day, I went to Hillion Mall and the staff told me about the 1-for-1 offer.

I had a wonderful experience today at Watson (Lot One) today. I lost my membership card and hence, I had cancelled it online a few days ago. Today, when I purchased a new card at the counter, I had problem logging into the Watson app to connect the new card. Hanisa was very helpful and patient to help me to resolve the problem. Thanks so much to Hanisa : )

Thank you very much to the 2 staff at lot 1 who helped me just now!! One was a counter lady and the other I am not sure. I was paying at the counter and put my container of food with soup on the small platform (where people place their bag to get their wallet out) and it slided off while paying. So the lid opened and part of the content spilled!!! Thankfully 1 of them gave me a plastic bag and some wet tissue and the other went to the toilet to get a big bunch of tissue. Thank u so much for your understanding and assistance. It's certainly heartwarming <3 :)

Friendly staff at Lot 1 Watsons ready to help with my enquiries. The staff redirect me to IMM Watsons outlet after checking Watsons inventory list. I needed Batedine Liquid Bandage and have been searching around like a headless chicken since it's sold out everywhere. Thanks Watsons for saving me i wouldn't be able to work without my Batedine Liquid Bandage! Thank You!

Thank you very much to the two staff at Lot 1 who helped me just now! One was a staff member at the counter, and I'm not sure of the other's role. I was paying at the counter and placed my container of food with soup on the small platform (where people typically place their bags to get their wallets out).
