Jerald, the service staff, was very convincing, so I ended up purchasing what he recommended. Installation was done on 13 June 2024, and so far, everything is working well. From the time I informed her of my interest to the time I finally agreed to purchase the lock, the process was entirely smooth and efficient. I was already considering switching to a digital lock and visited the Lot One outlet. I was served graciously by Isabelle, who provided a very detailed explanation and also kept in touch with me via WhatsApp when I had to show her pictures of my door and gate so that she could recommend the best lock for my home. Once that was done, it was seamless. The ease of use and the best setup for my home were explained to us. Installation was also efficient. It was completed in about 1.5 hours by a very professional installer who knew the door lock system very well and explained it very easily and simply.
