All the wmmt6rr machines are broken. Their steering wheels broke abruptly, even though people didn't smash them. Staff was very rude and did not seem to care.

And before I even left the counter, she was back using her phone.

I do not know why this auntie is so mad at me for topping up 2 dollars, even though it's considered one game. Instead, she just shouted at me and said, "2 dollars so less, you siao!" She even threw the card at me. She could have asked nicely and suggested I top up 5 to 10 dollars, and I would have. This kind of attitude is problematic.

Was wearing a club shirt and got asked to leave. I don't see anything wrong with a club shirt, as it only states that you cannot wear school uniform. Dumb place. Please don't come here. Rude staff.

Wanted to come here after school to play taiko with friends. We knew we could not wear our school uniforms, so we changed into t-shirts. The staff were very rude and unfriendly. I thought they would ask us to leave nicely, but they were in my face about it.
Don’t bother trying to play Taiko no Tatsujin… there are always people hogging the machine all day.

Apparently I can't give 0 stars. There was one staff member, an old, slightly chubby woman who wears spectacles (you'll mostly see her at the counter). She yelled at me when I didn't know how their token exchange system worked. She tends to shout at children. Once, when my parents and I were there, our ticket got stuck in the machine called 'Pearl Fishery,' and the staff member (mentioned earlier) made a very troublesome remark to my father. My father was obviously on the verge of calling the manager, as this was not the first time, but he ultimately did not. The point I want to make is that no matter how difficult it is to repair a faulty ticket, you signed up for this job. This job is not meant for you to sit down on a chair and scold people. Zone X, come on, just change your staff.

I can't believe I was kicked out for wearing a shirt that was supposedly against the dress code, when it was just my track and field club shirt. It's ridiculous that there isn't clearer communication about what we can and can't wear. This whole situation just shows how unfair and inconsistent the enforcement of these rules can be.

Just like every other 1-star review here, the auntie complained that I had a school uniform on. I was literally wearing a swim shirt and cargo pants. The only reason she thinks it's a uniform is because I literally went in wearing my actual uniform and these pants once.
No wonder I only see old people here, because this auntie clearly doesn't like students. If I hadn't already spent money here, I would want my money back.
Also, I tried to just ask a question, and she was very rude, saying "What?" like I had somehow offended her. I almost didn't make my purchase because of that. I wish she would be replaced with another person.

It was decent; I didn't have much interaction with the staff and focused on enjoying myself with my friends. It's a small arcade outlet in Lot One. The variety of games is limited, but it has the basics. Most of the time, I see students and teenagers playing here at night. It has some driving games, basketball games, and many claw machines.
