My friends and I just wanted to play Wangan, but as soon as we started, they turned off the machine. We told the staff, and they said that we were slamming the machine. Never coming back again.

Machines in poor condition. Also, staff questioned someone wearing a Jujutsu Kaisen shirt and said school uniforms not allowed 😂😂😂😂. Jujutsu Kaisen logo doesn't even look close to a school logo????

Fun and challenging games, very interesting, and the experience feels comfortable, with prompt response and assistance from staff while playing.

The old lady is very rude and shouts at the kids when they ask for help about a machine fault. Terrible service and attitude.

All the wmmt6rr machines are broken. They broke abruptly, not even from people smashing the steering wheel. Staff was very rude and did not seem to care.

Horrible service by this staff member. I asked about my card balance, and she just shouted, "Can't you read it yourself, ah?" Horrible, horrible service. And I am not the only one who experienced such poor service from this lady. And before I even left the counter, she was back using her phone. Very rude! Zone X, please do something about it.

I do not know why this auntie is so mad at me for topping up 2 dollars, as it’s considered one game. She just shouted at me and said, "2 dollars so less, you siao!" and threw the card at me. She could have asked nicely and said, "Maybe top up 5 to 10 dollars," and I would have topped up. This kind of attitude has some problem.

This game is fun, and you can get a lot of free gifts. The staff at this centre are friendly and nice. They always share their new promotions with me.

I was wearing a club shirt and was asked to leave. I don't see anything wrong with a club shirt, as it only states that you cannot wear a school uniform. Dumb place. Please don't come here. Rude staff.
