I came here twice, I usually go to lot one 7 11. I don't wanna come to this one anymore. The cashier is so rude and I feel intimidated everytime I see her. Reading other reviews it seems like this place has quite a few rude cahiers. Not asking to be treated like a princess, just wanna be treated normally. Example, The cashier doesn't even let me think about what I want to buy, she rolls her eyes when I asked for a plastic bag or Cutlery.

It is alright but today this supplier or something put her papers on the place where people want to heat up the food. She proceeds to yell at me for wanting to heat it up, what the hell is that attitude. She could've just nicely told me whtv she wanted to say. Omd, she give me that attitude too.

Theres a lady with straight bangs and she was absolutely rude and yelled at one of the workers fixing the place. After mopping the floor sne threw the dirty water on the road where there were many cars. But there was another indian cashier lwho was very kind and helped me find what i wantes. If not for the first rude lady i would have given it 5 stars. Never coming back again.

Absolute garbage cashier, clearly states buy 1 get one free for one of the drinks but when that indian lady scanned, i was charged for 2, I told her about it and all she said was I scanned already, I just let it go because there was alot of people in line. Then I told her I just want one of the drinks instead, but this time again she said I cant do it. She seems new but absolutely unpleasant experience don't hire newbies with absolutely no guidance pls

26 September evening about 8.30 pm I was at CCK the neatest store I could get mineral water was, 7-Eleven at Lot 1 I choose Evian saw for $5 plus for 2 bottles but I needed only 1 so proceeded to pay. Normally cashier will let the customers know buy 2 cheaper, unfortunately, that foreigner cashier was not helpful, she key in the item, told me $4 immediately I asked her was it cheaper for 2 as was stated $5 plus, if I would get another bottle? She rudely told me no way she could change it, as she had already key in. The question is was she plain lazy to do so or she was not train to? What happens if a customer needs an exchange, was she going to give the same answer that she was not able or o do so? That cashier indeed was inefficient.

On the evening of September 26th, around 8:30 PM, I was at CCK. The nearest store where I could get mineral water was 7-Eleven at Lot 1. I chose Evian, which I saw was priced at $5 plus for two bottles, but I only needed one, so I proceeded to pay. Normally, cashiers let customers know that buying two is cheaper. Unfortunately, that foreign cashier was not helpful; she keyed in the item and told me it was $4. Immediately, I asked her if it was cheaper for two, as it was stated $5 plus, and if I were to get another bottle. Here are a few options, keeping the changes minimal:
**Option 1 (Slightly more formal):**
"Norafidah, a friendly staff member at the outlet! She was also very helpful in finding what I needed."
**Option 2 (Very close to original, just clarifying):**
"Friendly staff member, Norafidah, at the outlet! She was also very helpful in helping me look for what I needed."
**Option 3 (Concise):**
"Norafidah, a friendly and very helpful staff member at the outlet! She assisted me in finding what I needed."
---
*Self-correction/Reasoning for my preferred answer:* I'll go with **Option 1** as it's concise, fixes the slight awkwardness of the second sentence, and clearly identifies Norafidah as *a* staff member.
**Edited review:** "Norafidah, a friendly staff member at the outlet! She was also very helpful in finding what I needed."
