26 September evening about 8.30 pm I was at CCK the neatest store I could get mineral water was, 7-Eleven at Lot 1 I choose Evian saw for $5 plus for 2 bottles but I needed only 1 so proceeded to pay. Normally cashier will let the customers know buy 2 cheaper, unfortunately, that foreigner cashier was not helpful, she key in the item, told me $4 immediately I asked her was it cheaper for 2 as was stated $5 plus, if I would get another bottle? She rudely told me no way she could change it, as she had already key in. The question is was she plain lazy to do so or she was not train to? What happens if a customer needs an exchange, was she going to give the same answer that she was not able or o do so? That cashier indeed was inefficient.

Always nice to see Kak fiefie at 711 at night, right after my gym session! Looking forward to our quick chats whenever i come down to buy drinks to hydrate myself after gym. The 711 here is always stocked up properly so I could always grab my usual drinks.

Very bad service woman. Bought drinks after that the old lady threw the balance money at us.. Very bad attitude & not professional. Don't work if u can't take it. So shameful.

i really love talking to sister fiefie after leaving the gym every night. the chill small chats w her rly makes visiting this 711 a pleasant experience. Also a lot of respect for her for working the night shift 6 days week. Thank you for ur hardwork aunty!!!

Went cck 7-11 in the evening, brought 4 caramel latte & few snacks, malay kakak in hijab help me with putting all in my grocery bag, she was helpful & friendly, we had small talks. She was funny too. She even help to check whether have stock for my coffee so I can buy in bulk...excellent services....keep up the good work 💪👏 …
