On the evening of September 26th, around 8:30 PM, I was at CCK. The nearest store where I could get mineral water was 7-Eleven at Lot 1. I chose Evian, which I saw was priced at $5 plus for two bottles, but I only needed one, so I proceeded to pay. Normally, cashiers let customers know that buying two is cheaper. Unfortunately, that foreign cashier was not helpful; she keyed in the item and told me it was $4. Immediately, I asked her if it was cheaper for two, as it was stated $5 plus, and if I were to get another bottle. She rudely told me there was no way she could change it, as she had already keyed it in. The question is: was she plain lazy to do so, or was she not trained to? What happens if a customer needs an exchange? Was she going to give the same answer—that she was not able to do so? That cashier was indeed inefficient.
