Went for my IPL rejuvenation treatment, was attend by Olivia and Elaine. Elaine did my treatment was very detailed and listen to my concerns. Olivia was friendly and offer me better treatment for my skin.

I came for my facial appointment and Elaine has helped me with the treatment. She also provided me with guidance on how I can better manage my skin condition and the proper way to apply my skin products. At the end of the treatment, Annie tried to introduce me to new packages which could be worth and she has given me different options to help me purchase the package at my comfortable level. I purchased 10 times rejuran booster package at the end! Thank you for the suggestion!

Just done my facial treatment at AM aesthetics. Nice and cozzy ambience made me felt so relax. Appreciate to the beauty consultant, Miss Ivy who is so friendly and professional. Like the explanation from her, clearly understand and such a soft spoken. Really enjoy my time here, will definitely come again for my next session. ❤️

I had an amazing experience at Lot 1 Clinic! Dr. Marcus and the staff were exceptional professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my treatments. Highly recommend this outstanding aesthetics clinic!

Excellent services from lot one outlet. No hard sell. Therapists will advise what you need only. Therapist Vina always give extra excellent care & patient for my needs. Had went beyond friends rather business trend. The rest of Therapists & Dr was comfortable to talk to.

Been here for quite a while. Dr Fan is great and the ladies are all helpful. They do share quite a bit of promotions but overall friendly. Will continue coming here for my aesthetic services.

Strongly recommend A.M Aesthetics (Lot 1) for their friendly and detailed service. The staff are not pushy when it comes to product and service recommendations. A shout out to Ms Agnes Yak as well for her good service when it comes to products explanation.

Nice and cosy environment, bed quite comfy. Excellent service by the therapists who are very attentive to my needs. May try to hard sell sometimes but if you are firm enough, they won't push. Skin has improved with the obagi acne treatment

I'm a customer at CCK lot 1 outlet and after 3 sessions i found the best treatment I had today. Miss Ivy, Ms Agnes Yak and Dr Kate did a great job amd very professional. Thank you! Highly recommended.
