Went for my IPL rejuvenation treatment and was attended by Olivia and Elaine. Elaine, who did my treatment, was very detailed and listened to my concerns. Olivia was friendly and offered me a better treatment for my skin.

I came for my facial appointment, and Elaine helped me with the treatment. She also provided me with guidance on how I can better manage my skin condition and the proper way to apply my skin products. At the end of the treatment, Annie introduced me to new packages which could be worthwhile, and she gave me different options to help me purchase the package at my comfort level. I ended up purchasing a 10-session Rejuran booster package!

Excellent services from the Lot One outlet. No hard sell. Therapists only advise what you need. Therapist Vina always gives extra excellent care and is patient with my needs. She has gone beyond a business relationship, treating me more like a friend. The rest of the therapists and the doctor were comfortable to talk to.

Nice and cosy environment, and the bed was quite comfy. Excellent service by the therapists who are very attentive to my needs. They may try to hard-sell sometimes, but if you are firm enough, they won't push. My skin has improved with the Obagi acne treatment.
