Strongly recommend A.M Aesthetics (Lot 1) for their friendly and detailed service. The staff are not pushy when it comes to product and service recommendations. A shout-out to Ms Agnes Yak as well for her good service when it comes to product explanations.

I had an amazing experience at Lot 1 Clinic! Dr. Marcus and the staff were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my treatments. Highly recommend this outstanding aesthetics clinic!

I came for my facial appointment, and Elaine helped me with the treatment. She also provided me with guidance on how to better manage my skin condition and the proper way to apply my skin products. At the end of the treatment, Annie introduced me to new packages which could be worthwhile, and she gave me different options to help me purchase the package at my comfort level. I purchased a 10-session Rejuran booster package at the end! Thank you for the suggestion!

Excellent services from Lot One Outlet. No hard sell. Therapists will only advise what you need. Therapist Vina always gives extra care and is patient with my needs. The relationship has gone beyond a typical business transaction, becoming more like a friendship. The rest of the Therapists and Dr. were comfortable to talk to.

The environment was nice and cosy, and the bed was quite comfy. Excellent service by the therapists, who are very attentive to my needs. They sometimes try to hard sell, but if you are firm enough, they won't push. My skin has improved with the Obagi acne treatment.
