VERY BAD customer service. Dishonest and unethical business. Queued for 15 minutes because of the “good rates” on screen. When we arrived at the counter, I verified if the rate was the same as the screen. She pointed at a small piece of paper printed by the side of the counter that that’s the actual rate, the rate on the screen was “yesterday’s rate.” The actual rate was quite rubbish, even the changers at the interchange offered better. Not to mention the person at the counter was quite nasty, not a nice person to deal with. Don’t waste your time and money on this place.

More than 11 customers were waiting together for about 35 mins past the opening hour for the staff to arrive to open up shop. It took me another 30 minutes to get to my turn.

The rate shown on screen was 1.48xx and 1.58xx but the actual rate given as 1.40 and 1.50 which was surprising low even though the amount is small. Difference is about SGD18 + SGD10 even if they had just use 1.48 and 1.58 (below the screen rates). Don't think I will come back again. Should have checked the google review before coming. Didn't know it was that bad.
