The shop didn't open at 10 AM. The auntie didn't bother to attend while I was waiting at the door until 10:15.

I had to call Bengawan Solo Lot 1 branch and was surprised to see the low-ranking reviews. I visit this branch often and find the staff very helpful and personable.

The shop supposedly opens at 10am, but the staff says their popular food items only arrive at 1pm. Why would they open so early then?

The line service needs improvement. I’ve been waiting for 15-20 minutes, but on the 2-3 times someone cut in front of me, they were served first. I’ve called out multiple times, but it doesn't seem to help the situation.

The outlet itself has no issues. The staff are polite and explain things. This review is for online ordering. When ordering online, the only pickup store shown is Changi Airport outlet. Imagine travelling 3 hours to collect your cake from the West! I can reach Bali by then. Also, customer support over the phone is very poor, and most of the time it is difficult to get through to a human operator.

The aunties there are polite and nice. However, the kuehs only arrive after 1 PM. They might want to review their delivery schedule. The food portions are also getting smaller. The pandan cheese Swiss roll is $2.6 per piece, and each slice is getting thinner and thinner. :( The taste is good, though.

I recently purchased a pandan cake from your store, but unfortunately, it had a sour taste and seemed to be going bad. This was unexpected, as I have always associated Bengawan Solo with high standards of quality. Could you please look into this issue? I will not return to this outlet.
