My number one shop in Singapore. Whenever I have free time, I always pop into that shop. They have a variety of tech gadgets and cool stuff.
Some shops might be small and not have much stuff.
If you are a member, you can get points or lower prices. The membership fee is $30 a year, which is reasonable.

It's a small outlet, so don't expect a large variety of products. It carries most of the usual stuff and everyday IT needs. I couldn't find the toner for my printer, but that's not readily available everywhere anyway. That's not Challenger's fault.

When it comes to IT and electronics, Challenger comes to mind! This time, I bought a Google Nest, turning my house into a Google Home!

Excellent customer service, a wide array of laptops to select from. You can find one that suits your budget. Very good customer experience in this outlet. Look for Mr Kok Boon; he's a gem in this retail industry.

Too many sales promoters. I wonder if they really need that much manpower to run a medium-sized store. In any case, the store has always been my go-to for electronics and has a huge catalogue of products to select from. The staff is friendly and always ready to help you out.

Bad attitude from the old aunty cashier with thick, faded eyebrows. Maybe if you renew your membership, you would be treated with respect.

It is a decent outlet with a good variety of electronics on sale, such as computers, laptops, and smartphones. It also has printers and their ink cartridges. The staff here is knowledgeable about the products. I had a great experience here.

I was trying to choose my item by comparing the wattage and charging power of the charger. But I felt like I was being watched, like I was a thief in the shop.

Needed a basic 4G phone (call and SMS functions) for my elderly sister.
Was served by sales staff Mr. Kevin Too, who was very patient serving us.
Not only did he explain how to use the phone, he was more than willing when I asked if he could slot the SIM card for us.
Thank you, Mr. Too, for providing good service. Much appreciated.

The old aunty cashier was busy playing with her phone. When I approached her to make payment, she gave me a "why disturb me" kind of look and spoke in a very unfriendly tone. Every staff member in the store seemed "busy," and walk-in customers seemed invisible to them.
