I bought a Lenovo laptop from Challenger Lot1. It was found to be faulty within 2 weeks; it was not charging. I got it replaced with a new laptop. However, I couldn't install MS Office on the new device. I kept getting a message from MS that the product key was already installed on another device (presumably the faulty one). After 1 month, I am still frustrated why I even chose Challenger. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I bought an iPad Magic Keyboard a few days ago. I was attended to by the store manager, James. He went out of his way to arrange for me to pick up the product at Yew Tee branch.

I don't like the sales girl. I wanted to buy a Lenovo laptop, but she recommended an Acer. I said Acer wasn't good, and I didn't like it. But she said to buy an Acer with good specs, so I accepted her recommendation and bought an Acer laptop for a total of SGD 1000. But in less than 1 year, the Acer laptop was spoiled!
