I was half prepared for my click and collect order not to arrive in time, and ready to cancel it given how rushed my purchase was. While my order did arrive slightly later, it still reached the store pretty quickly, and I ended up collecting my purchase in time for my trip. Shout out to Van for being so helpful throughout!

Nice store and quality products. Wish they had more colours for female long sleeve UV t-shirts. Awesome service by Sri. Highly recommended to visit Decathlon at Lot 1!

I went to the Lot One store to look for cargo pants. But the color I wanted was not in the store. A Malay staff member approached me and asked me to order online for click & collect within 2 hours. And sure enough, I got my pants within 2 hours at the store after ordering online, with the help of one of the male sales staff members. They are customer-service oriented, friendly, helpful, and willing to find stock and solutions for products from other outlets. Keep up the good work, guys! 👍👍👍
