They didn't deliver the cny hamper on time and their tracking system doesn't work and cant get a response from them either. Then after a few days received an email, simply reply saying sorry, bcos cannot cope with order. Wrote an email to them (see below) "I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with this response. A busy period is no excuse for neglecting a customer's order. It’s your responsibility to manage demand properly and ensure all deliveries are fulfilled as promised. Your oversight has caused unnecessary stress and embrassement, and a simple apology doesn’t make up for the delay" And then no reply again.... With this type of customer service, this will be the last time I will get anything fr them.

Came to buy some good quality rose petal tea. The store person was busy attending to another customer. Took a while before I can make payment. Do have more staff on weekends since some products sold do need some explanations. So definitely more staff will be helpful to promote sales. I wanted to ask some qns but staff was too busy
