Came to buy some good quality rose petal tea. The staff member was busy assisting another customer. It took a while before I could make payment. More staff would be beneficial on weekends, especially since some products do need explanations. This would certainly help promote sales. I wanted to ask some questions, but the staff were too busy.

They didn't deliver the CNY hamper on time, their tracking system didn't work, and I couldn't get a response from them. Then, after a few days, I received an email simply replying, "Sorry, because we couldn't cope with orders." I wrote an email to them (see below): "I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with this response. A busy period is no excuse for neglecting a customer's order. It's your responsibility to manage demand properly and ensure all deliveries are fulfilled as promised. Your oversight has caused unnecessary stress and embarrassment, and a simple apology doesn't make up for the delay." And then, no reply again. With this type of customer service, this will be the last time I get anything from them.
