My recent visit was disappointing due to a misunderstanding about a promotional offer. It appeared that the staff, including a supervisor, were not fully informed about the details or availability of the advertised offer. They have 0 knowledge about current promotion and keep on answering "I don't know", while the promotion tag is still on the shelf and still valid.
To improve the customer experience, I suggest that outdated promotional displays or unavailable promotional items be promptly removed from sales areas. This would help avoid confusion and save customers valuable time.

This outlet is conveniently located at the basement of Lot 1. Decent amount of products at this NTUC outlet, you can get almost all your daily necessities here such as fruits, vegetables, poultry, cooking needs, drinks and wines and so on. But if you are looking for specialty products, it is advisable to go to a bigger outlet.

04-May-2024 avoid buying any dairy or refrigerators/frozen items for the next few days if they go bad when stored at room temperature. Milk was about temperature already

I totally agree that the cashier's customer service is very poor. I was stuck at the queue and saw how rude the cashiers were, wasting time arguing with customers. When it was finally my turn, the cashier checked out my purchase but then placed it back on the conveyor belt! I was initially unhappy but noticed that the customer in front was still fumbling with her packing, so I kept quiet and paid for my purchase. However, while I was packing, the conveyor belt moved forward. I looked up and saw the cashier's disgustingly unhappy face. I was sure the conveyor belt had to be operated by the cashier. I continued with my packing and ignored her. The conveyor belt jerked forward a few times, but by then I had already finished my packing. I moved off as quickly as I could, never looked back, never ever wanting to see that disgusting cashier's face again!

I bought 2 Vitagen via self-checkout and was supposed to receive a free eco bag. I checked with the staff at the self-checkout area (both youngsters were busy talking). They told me it was out of stock. I asked them if the counter had any; if so, I would go and take one. They didn't even bother checking and simply told me they were out of stock. I didn't believe them, so I went to the counter to check, and the counter staff took one for me. Unbelievable. I don't know if you hire staff to assist customers or to just chit-chat among themselves. Honestly, it's not about the bag. It's about how your staff treats customers and their working attitude.

Don't buy the durians; it's super lousy. No integrity at all.
Bought 3 boxes, threw 2 boxes away. The third one was barely edible.
In such an advanced society, people are still selling lousy quality stuff at a premium price.
Disappointing to see NTUC carrying or allowing such products in their stores.
