I totally agree that the cashier's customer service is very poor. I was stuck in the queue and saw how rude the cashiers were, wasting time arguing with customers. When it was finally my turn, the cashier checked out my purchase but then placed it back on the conveyor belt! I was initially unhappy but noticed that the customer in front was still fumbling with her items, so I kept quiet and paid for my purchase. However, while I was packing, the conveyor belt moved forward. I looked up and saw the cashier's disgustingly unhappy face. I was sure the conveyor belt had to be operated by the cashier. I continued with my packing and ignored her. The conveyor belt jerked forward a few times, but by then I had already finished my packing. I moved off as quickly as I could, never looked back, and never ever wanting to see that disgusting cashier's face again!

I bought 2 Vitagen via self-checkout, and it was supposed to come with a free eco bag. I checked with the staff at the self-checkout area (both youngsters busy talking), and they told me it was out of stock. I asked them if the counter had any, and if so, I would go and take one. They didn't even bother checking; they just told me it was out of stock. I didn't believe them, so I went to the counter to check, and the counter staff got one for me. Unbelievable. I don't know if you hire staff to assist customers or just to chit-chat among themselves. Honestly, it's not about the bag. It's about how your staff treats customers and their working attitude.

Don't buy the durians; it's super lousy. No integrity at all. Bought three boxes, threw two boxes away. The third one was barely edible. In such an advanced society, people are still selling lousy quality stuff at a premium price. It's disappointing to see NTUC carrying or allowing such products in their stores.

The ice cream tubs are all soft. Are your fridges spoiled?

This store has an extensive collection and a fresh seafood section. Unfortunately, the shelves are cramped, and the store is overcrowded, resulting in long queues during peak hours. They have everything a household needs, but in small quantities of each product. It is not the best store, but it is the only grocery store I will go to in the neighbourhood.

My daughter was told the S$4 voucher could only be redeemed for a next-day purchase (not for any day after or later). I think the cashier interpreted this wrongly, as there is a validity date range for the voucher. I tried calling your store, but no one picked up the phone. I hope this is a one-off mistake by your cashier.

NTUC next to Choa Chu Kang MRT station and bus interchange. Varieties of household products at bargain prices. Next to a delicious hawker centre with local and international delights. Next to Lot One shopping mall with plenty of dining, banking, libraries, cinemas, entertainments, and amenities. Friendly, cosy, comfy, welcoming ambience for romantic intimates, groups, students, tourists, expats, visitors, locals, and families.

Too small, little selection, and always wrong price tags. Such a small store for such a mall. Can do better. NTUC is more expensive than other supermarkets. I thought they were established to provide affordable prices for the people?
