This outlet is conveniently located at the basement of Lot 1. Decent amount of products at this NTUC outlet, you can get almost all your daily necessities here such as fruits, vegetables, poultry, cooking needs, drinks and wines and so on. But if you are looking for specialty products, it is advisable to go to a bigger outlet.

I totally agree that the cashier customer service is very poor. I was stucked at the queue and saw how rude the cashier's were and wasting time arguing with customers. When it was finally my turn, the cashier checked out my purchase but then placed them back on the conveyor belt! I was initially unhappy but noticed that the customer in front was still fumbling with her packing, so l kept quiet and paid for my purchase. However, while l was packing, the conveyor belt moved forward. I looked up and saw a disgustingly unhappy face of the cashier. I was sure the conveyor belt has to be operated by the cashier. I continued with my packing and ignored her. The conveyor belt jerked forward a few times, but by then l had already finished my packing. I moved off as quickly as l could, never looked back and never ever wanting to see that disgusting cashier's face again!

Bought 2 vitagen via self check out, supposed to have free eco bag. Checked with the staff at the self check out area (both youngsters busy talking ), they tell me out of stock. I ask them so the counter have or don’t have, if have I go and take. They don’t even bother checking, tell me they out of stock. I don’t believe, I went to the counter to check and the counter staff took 1 for me. Unbelievable. Don’t know you all hire staff to assist customers or chit chat among themselves. Honestly, it is not about the bag. It is about how your staff treats the customers /working attitude

Dont buy the durains, its super lousy. No integrity at all. Bought 3 boxes, throw 2 boxes away. the 3rd one barely can eat. Such an advance society and people are still selling lousy quality stuffs at premium price. Disappointing to see NTUC carrying or allowing such products in their stores.

This store has an extensive collection and a fresh seafood section. Unfortunately, the shelves are cramped together, and the store is overcrowded, resulting in long queues during peak hours. They have everything that is needed in a household, but in small quantities of each product. It is not the best store, but it is the only grocery store I will go to that is in the neighbourhood.

My daughter was told the S$4 voucher can only be redeemed for next day purchase only (not day after or later). I think cashier interpreted wrongly since there is a validity date range for the voucher. I tried calling your store but no one pick up the phone. Hope this is one off mistake by your cashier.

This branch has poor stock and so much lesser variety of goods compared to the bukit panjang branches. The freezepak nuggets and ntuc crabsticks are always out of stock... its hard to imagine why they dont stock more of popular products and not the rest which are always not sold. I always avoid getting vegetables and fish here as they are obviously not fresh

My recent visit was disappointing due to a misunderstanding about a promotional offer. It appeared that the staff, including a supervisor, were not fully informed about the details or availability of the advertised offer. They have 0 knowledge about current promotion and keep on answering "I don't know", while the promotion tag is still on the shelf and still valid. To improve the customer experience, I suggest that outdated promotional displays or unavailable promotional items be promptly removed from sales areas. This would help avoid confusion and save customers valuable time.
