I honestly dont do google reviews but this is ridiculous. On 24th July 2025 (Thursday), i visited the food juction at Lot One for dinner. Had great pepper lunch and a coffee from the drink stall. Then i decided maybe to get some dessert. So i went to the dessert stall and ordered a Mango Ice Cream dessert, and i requested for extra ice, and i paid at the cashier before waiting for my order to be made. In front of me was an elderly lady (Lady) who ordered Ice Jelly with Mango. Then the Auntie making the dessert put milk in the ice with the mango topping. Lady did not want milk in her dessert and emphasised that many times after seeing Auntie put the milk. Auntie instead of apologising or any form of remorse, rebutted and insisted that Lady did not inform her to not put the milk. After a few exchanges, Auntie set aside the halfmade dessert and proceeded to remake the order.
When it was my turn for my order, Auntie made the ice base but instead of making rhe order like usual, she SCOOPED out the mango and ice from the previous half made bowl and put it into my dessert bowl. When i voiced out my concerns, Auntie ignored me many times until i raised my voice and she finally looked at me. At this point, she had already placed the ice cream on the dessert and instead of asking whats wrong, she asked expectantly, "u still want the extra ice?". Then i made my complaint about her using leftover toppings from a used bowl to be put onto my dessert. At whcih, Auntie gave excuses and claimed "no lah where got i just taking the spoon." And "no lah i take from this bucket (of stored mango". I pointed out that i saw her take out thw toppings from that rejected bowl and put it onto my bowl. She ignored me and asked the uncle that was after me if he wanted the bowl of dessert, which he gladly accepted. So i stood at the side expecting her to remake my dessert WHICH I ALREADY PAID FOR. But instead, she proceeded to ignore me and continued to serve the next 5 customers after me, even taking the order of a customer when she was "done" making the dessert orders. That was when i had enough and asked outright "Auntie you dont want to make my order ah". At this point she grudgingly looked at me and asked what dessert did i order. Then she made me a measly little bowl of dessert (mind you, it costs $3.60 when it normally costs $3.20 or less at a kopitiam); the ice not even touching the rim of the bowl. The spoon is literally the normal takeaway spoon. If it looks big in the photo, what does rhat say about the expensive dessert? I am appalled by the grossness of this service, attitude, and overall quality of this stall, but more specifically this Auntie. Since they alreadu remade the bowl for the previous lady, what makes them think they have a right to reuse food that was left aside. I expect a reply on this comment, bc how can you just let this kind of disgusting behaviour slide.

Tried A-PO Hokkien Mee at Lot One’s Food Junction – Sadly, a Miss for Me
Spotted a queue at A-PO Hokkien Mee while at Lot One and decided to join in, hoping to find a hidden gem. The stall’s name and visuals promised a comforting plate of classic Hokkien Mee.
Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The noodles were bland, the broth lacked depth, and there was no signature wok hei or fragrance that usually makes this dish shine. While the prawns and ingredients were fresh, the overall taste was underwhelming and felt like it missed the soul of a good Hokkien Mee.
For those who love bold, savoury, umami-rich Hokkien Mee – this might not hit the mark.
Will be exploring other options next time. Open to recommendations if you know a spot nearby that does it right!

FAKE ADVERTISING!!!
On 28th May 2025, my family visited Lot1 and had our late lunch at the Food Junction at Lvl 4.
After our Meal, we were planning to get some desserts from the desserts stall as one of the huge poster had caught my eye. "You Know You Want It" with a Giant image of Waffles with Ice Cream. I queued and after a few customers it was my turn and so I ordered. To my surprise, the cashier told me and I quote "No sell waffle" and left me hanging and served the next customer. I even saw the waffle maker at the back and that left me clueless with the answer that she gave.
I'm in the service line and that's no way how u treat a customer. I looked for the Manager and when I found him and asked about the waffles, he replied to me laughing that it has been months since they stop selling Waffles.
By then I know that he can't be bothered with "Bo Chup" attitude
We live in the North area of Singapore, seldom do we visit the West side. How do you expect us to know?
Anyways not gonna come back to this place or to any other Food Junction/Food Republic

Weather is freaking hot these days, we came here at around 2pm+, and there were still a lot of people having their meals at the food hall. Need to spend a bit of time to find an empty table.
The atmosphere is pretty good, table seating are well placed and not that squeezy. Everyone can have their own small space.
We have already had our lunch, dropped by to have dessert here. We ordered Ice Kachang to cool down ourselves from the terrible heat. One bowl selling at $2.60, it was served with quite a big portion of red bean, jelly and 3 atap seeds. Red bean was mildly sweet and soft, atap seeds were soft too. Quite a pleasant dessert to have during a hot day~

One of the best Kueh Chap in CCK. Reasonable priced and portion. The pig innards and skin are tender and flavourful. Complement with their chili to add more kick. The yam rice is a bit dry and lacking yam flavour. Nevertheless it is still highly recommended.

Order Kimchi Chicken Soup but so disappointed with the amount of chicken pieces. They are like left over small pieces of chicken. Went back to the stall and kitchen staff added more chicken which were tiny pieces too. 2nd pic was the total chicken I had. Taste wise was average.

Spacious layout with many choices of food. Lots of seats when I visited. The premise is clean and bright. Really conducive for dining. There is a high selection but me and my wife settled for a simple Chinese dessert of Tao Shaun and red bean soup. We enjoyed a relaxing tea break. There was no crowd but people kept streaming in. The layout is better than most other food courts. Certainly this is one of the exceptional one. We loved it.

Food Junction food court in CCK Lot One shopping mall. Food here are so...so & expensive, but no choice not much eating place near CCK MRT/ LRT station. Weekday after 2pm this place still very crowded & not easy to find seat for dinning in. This Monday afternoon no differece food court still packed after 2pm plus. Saw 3 joined tables with outside food (refer picture), aunties (food court workers)said all occupied. Customers had to walk away & tried to find other seat but all packed. I just felt bad for the walked away customer & not sure should food court workers eat their lunch in their office or should they occupy food court seat when it is packed with customers????
