they cant even cut it straight. im not getting a rectangle but a trapezium. if it is slightly off, sure, i understand. but out of the 8 photo ids, i get most of them completely slanted in varying angles.

took my passport photo here. the staff was very rude and impatient. service are pricy as well. would recommend going to the other photo store at the other end of the basement.

Staff will make you wait 2hrs just to collect your photos just because you don’t pay for express. I am okay with waiting if there’s a back log of customers. Heard her telling her staff to only process the photos two hours later when there’s no customers ahead.

2 A4 photo paper prints for $10 each. Overpriced and not worth at all. Its not even a same day collection. Was told express printing is $20 per piece. Do not recommend at all

Don't expect much in terms of service. I asked if I could have a second attempt at a digital passport picture, as the first one wasn't very flattering. I could, but only if I paid another 14 SGD...

They tried to scam us on the film developing price. Be very aware and ask questions to make sure they are not trying to charge you any higher than they should.

However, I overheard her telling her staff to process the photos only two hours later, even though there were no customers ahead.
