They can't even cut it straight. I'm not getting a rectangle, but a trapezium. If it is slightly off, sure, I understand. But out of the 8 photo IDs, I get most of them completely slanted in varying angles.

Bad business attitude. They charged $16 for a passport-size photo, but provided no hard copy at all, only a soft copy. This is overpriced. Please do not come to this shop.

Printing was okay, staff was okay, but the price was not. I've never paid $0.50 per A4 non-colored print before, and it's always been $0.10 at other printing shops. Never print here unless you want to pay five times the price.

Had my photo processed for Malaysian passport application. A very, very helpful and friendly lady. She knows the requirements very well. Good after-sales service too!

Went to print 50 4R-sized colour photos via the Fujifilm system there. It cost me 25 cents per photo. (A minimum of 50 photos needed to be printed for each to cost 25 cents.) The photos were ready for collection the next day, and they came out quite nicely, just as I wanted them to be.

So far, my experience here has been good. While the staff are not very friendly or smiling, they get the job done at an affordable price and quickly. I have never tried the other store, but judging by its reviews, I am happy to continue using this store's service.

Very good service for Malaysian passport applications. The staff knew what she was doing and advised us on the follow-up. She made sure the photo was duly taken, and was friendly towards us in the whole process.

I visited them today, and the lady who served me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the procedure for renewing a Malaysian Passport. Good job and well done! Highly recommend to anyone who also wants to renew their passport.

My wife had her passport photo taken by Jean on 03/12/24, and was also served by Ivy. Jean was extremely patient in taking the shots to my wife’s satisfaction, emailed the photos to us, and was extremely helpful in explaining the procedure regarding ICA’s requirements. Ivy, on the other hand, was genuine in serving us and clear in explaining the price list in great detail. Their attitudes earned our trust, leading us to give our business to your store. Thank you!
