Printing was ok,staff was ok but price is not ok . Never printed $0.50 per a4 non coloured before and it's always been $0.1 at other printing shops .never print here unless u want pay at 5 times the price

Bad biz attitude. 16 dollar for taking passport size photo. No hard copy at all. Only got soft copy. Over price. Please do not come to this shop.

they cant even cut it straight. im not getting a rectangle but a trapezium. if it is slightly off, sure, i understand. but out of the 8 photo ids, i get most of them completely slanted in varying angles.

Staff will make you wait 2hrs just to collect your photos just because you don’t pay for express. I am okay with waiting if there’s a back log of customers. Heard her telling her staff to only process the photos two hours later when there’s no customers ahead.

So far, my experience here has been good. No doubt the staff are not that friendly / do not smile, but they get the job done at an affordable price and fast speed. I have never tried the other store, but judging by the reviews of that store, I think I am happy to continue using the service of this store.

Jean was extremely patient with getting the shots taken to my wife’s satisfaction, and for her service in emailing the photos to us, and extremely helpful explaining the procedure with regard to ICA’s requirements. Went to print 50 4R-sized colour photos via the Fujifilm system there. It costed me 25 cents per photo. (a minimum of 50 photos need to be printed out in order for each piece to cost 25 cents.) The photos were ready for collection the next day and they came out quite nicely, how I wanted them to be.
