10/10 not coming here again. I had better experiences at other TCMs this one is just not it. Booked my appt and they told me to sit down. I waited for half an hr close to 45mins then they called me in. Didnt apologize or say anything. When i lay down took off all my clothes alrdy they were talking and talking to each other outside and laughing outside and eating. Then the lady came in and said that she almost forgot that i was here (??)after the accupuncture they still dilly dally talk2. I sprained my neck badly and why did the masseus thought that it was a good idea to pull my hand so hard? I went to a better tcm at yew tee before and i left the place completely pain free. But this one my pain still here. Worst. They dont care abt punctuality and their massage is so meh. Never even focus on my injured area also.

This is the worst TCM clinic that I had visited. I pull my muscle at my back and wanna to have speedy recovery. I visited and told doctor that I only want Tuina. Firstly, I told the tuina master that I had pull my muscle at the back, because I don’t hear doctor inform the master. She massage and then out of sudden swing my right hand hardly for two times. I felt even more pain after the swing and she mentioned you will be okay after the session end. However after the tuina session end I felt the left side of my hand felt very uncomfortable. My condition getting worst on the next morning that my shoulder and back getting very tense and my hand cannot raise up. I have to take jab to relax the muscle. If I had ever know it I will not step into their clinic.

Had a bad experience for my first visit here. Booked an appointment for a first trial which included a consult, tuina massage & acupuncture. They pushed me to do cupping without fully explaining that it will be an added cost and its effects. Following that, they pushed me to buy 2 kinds of medicines (an oil + a herbal powder to dilute in water for drinking) without clearly explaining how much they cost and their effects. To my disbelief, I only found out at checkout that a $68 trial appointment ended up being $238. They dumped a whole load of justification as to why I the treatment and medications they recommended to me were appropriate, and I left the shop after paying, brain overloaded with information, not sure if I was making the right decision.
I went back after giving some thought, and to express to the staff that I was not comfortable purchasing the medicine and to ask if it was possible for a refund (as I had not opened it yet and I was still very nearby the shop). They were not open to a refund at all, and continued giving reasons to justify why I should be using the medicine, and even offered to book a follow up session and promoted their 24 session packages (saying that I could use it for myself and my family). I declined that, and left the shop, deciding within myself not to return again.
While I would not criticise the actual carrying out of the tuina and acupuncture/cupping procedures, the way the staff indirectly force their customers into paying for other services/products does not seem very patient and empathetic. Rather than giving the customer time to think, they overload the customer with information so that he/she will be confused. Not knowing better, the customer will be more likely to accept subsequent promotions that the staff suggests.
My first experience at a TCM in my life, and it was unforgiving, inflexible and a mistake that I regret.

Go for tuina massage but asked to do cupping and acupuncture?! Want to give powder medicine said it’s better to take and not just only massage 🙃Are you really concern on your patient or just see $$$$ on your eyes?!!
My hand feel so cold after the acupuncture, my back even more uncomfortable. I don’t feel any released of pain from the treatment.
Day after treatment even worst. Now I can’t raise my hand over my head nor turn my head like normal, and even my back, become more painful 🙃
Please, be kind, you are a doctor. Thank you.

Decided to try this TCM for my ankle injury. After treatment was done, staffs tried to hard sell and tries to ride on Personal Accident claim with packages. Treatment done was also so-so as compared to other TCM clinic that I went before. Come at your own risk.

My condition worsened the next morning: my shoulder and back became very tense, and I couldn't raise my hand. I had to get an injection to relax the muscle. If I had known this, I would not have stepped into their clinic.

Joanne is an exceptional TCM therapist. From the very beginning, she created a sense of trust and ease with her calm and thoughtful approach.
Her deep knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, combined with her ability to listen carefully and respond with tailored treatments, made a real difference for me. Joanne always explained things clearly and approached every session with care and professionalism.
I’ve experienced meaningful improvements in both my physical and emotional well-being under her guidance. Her intuition and attentiveness are truly rare, and it’s clear she genuinely wants the best for her patients.
I highly recommend Joanne to anyone looking for a dedicated, skilled, and compassionate TCM practitioner.

Went for the promo, got the package as the Acupuncture and massage provided was quite good. Find the Chinese meds too expensive. After going bk, felt that the sessions were quite expensive especially since price was higher than other places and the 2nd time I went, the tuina by another masseuse wasn't good and didn't alleviate my pains at all.

I had high BP. After coming here once it went down considerably and I felt so much better..yes I will be here for another 12 times. TCM needs time and money unfortunately to see effects. I am a grateful customer. Thanks Ms Vivien doctor for her help.
