Joanne is an exceptional TCM therapist. From the very beginning, she created a sense of trust and ease with her calm and thoughtful approach.
Her deep knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, combined with her ability to listen carefully and respond with tailored treatments, made a real difference for me. Joanne always explained things clearly and approached every session with care and professionalism.
I’ve experienced meaningful improvements in both my physical and emotional well-being under her guidance. Her intuition and attentiveness are truly rare, and it’s clear she genuinely wants the best for her patients.
I highly recommend Joanne to anyone looking for a dedicated, skilled, and compassionate TCM practitioner.

I had high BP. After coming here once it went down considerably and I felt so much better..yes I will be here for another 12 times. TCM needs time and money unfortunately to see effects. I am a grateful customer. Thanks Ms Vivien doctor for her help.

Here's the edited review:
10/10, not coming here again. I've had better experiences at other TCMs; this one is just not it. I booked my appointment, and they told me to sit down. I waited for half an hour, close to 45 minutes, before they called me in. They didn't apologize or say anything. When I laid down and had already taken off my clothes, they were talking, laughing, and eating outside. Then the lady came in and said that she almost forgot I was there (??). After the acupuncture, they still dilly-dallied and talked. I had sprained my neck badly, so why did the masseuse think it was a good idea to pull my hand so hard? I went to a better TCM at Yew Tee before, and I left the place completely pain-free. But after this one, my pain was still there. Worst. They don't care about punctuality, and their massage is so meh. They didn't even focus on my injured area.

Went for the promo and got the package, as the acupuncture and massage provided were quite good. Found the Chinese meds too expensive. After going back, felt that the sessions were quite expensive, especially since prices were higher than at other places. The second time I went, the tuina by another masseuse wasn't good and didn't alleviate my pains at all.

This is the worst TCM clinic I have ever visited. I pulled a muscle in my back and wanted a speedy recovery. I visited and told the doctor that I only wanted Tuina. First, I told the Tuina master that I had pulled a muscle in my back, because I didn't hear the doctor inform the master. She massaged and then suddenly swung my right hand hard twice. I felt even more pain after the swing, and she mentioned I would be okay after the session ended. However, after the Tuina session ended, my left hand felt very uncomfortable. My condition worsened the next morning: my shoulder and back became very tense, and I couldn't raise my hand. I had to get an injection to relax the muscle. If I had known this, I would not have stepped into their clinic.

I had a bad experience for my first visit here. I booked an appointment for my first trial, which included a consult, tuina massage, and acupuncture. They pushed me to do cupping without fully explaining that it would be an added cost or its effects. Following that, they pushed me to buy two kinds of medicine (an oil and a herbal powder to dilute in water to drink) without clearly explaining their cost or effects. To my disbelief, I only found out at checkout that a $68 trial appointment ended up being $238. They dumped a whole load of justification as to why the treatment and medicine they recommended were appropriate, and I left the shop after paying, my brain overloaded with information, not sure if I was making the right decision.
I went back after giving some thought, to express to the staff that I was not comfortable purchasing the medicine, and to ask if a refund was possible (as I had not opened it yet and was still nearby the shop). They were not open to a refund at all, and continued giving reasons to justify why I should be using the medicine; they even offered to book a follow-up session and promoted their 24-session packages, saying I could use them for myself and my family. I declined their offer and left the shop, deciding not to return.
While I would not criticize the actual carrying out of the tuina, acupuncture, and cupping procedures, the way the staff indirectly force customers into paying for other services or products does not seem patient or empathetic. Rather than giving customers time to think, they overload them with information so that they will be confused. Not knowing better, customers will be more likely to accept subsequent promotions the staff suggests.
My first experience with TCM in my life was unforgiving, inflexible, and a mistake that I regret.
