When we were searching for a home cordless phone suitable for elderly usage, our technical understanding was quite limited. Mr. Kok patiently listened to our needs and helped us choose a model. Unfortunately, after purchase, we realised the phone could not work for our home setup.
When we returned to seek help, he welcomed us with kindness and understanding. He patiently explained the situation, and although it wasn’t his fault, he sincerely apologised for the inconvenience. He even took the initiative to check with his superior and arranged a refund for us without any fuss.
We truly appreciate his professionalism, humility, and genuine care for customers. His positive attitude and willingness to help made our experience with Harvey Norman a very pleasant one. Staff like Mr. Kok are a great asset to the company, and we hope his excellent service can be recognised.

I went to Harvey Norman Lot One to look for a fridge and a standing fan, Gary a salesman attended to me. He politely introduced himself and attentively listened to what I requested. Patiently he showed me around to look at the products and make recommendations on which products that is suitable for my household usage.
In the end I chose what Gary recommended which I think is a good choice. I praised Gary's for his good services and I am very happy to give Gary two thumb ups for making my buying trip a wonderful choice

Dishonest sales person, or sales person with lack of knowledge, without validation and upsell, was served by an old lady handling the build in kitchen area, bought the techno hob and she emphasised that the glass is life time warranty, and hence after her recommendation, we decided to buy from her, despite knowing that we could get it cheaper on Shopee, we decide to let her earn the comms. During installation, the technician that help to install told us that the glass comes with 10 years warranty, not life time warranty. While 10 years is long enough, it’s still not life time and hence, the sales woman by the name of ming ming que should check her facts before making claims, this makes the entire shopping experience at Harvey Norman questionable.
