When we were searching for a home cordless phone suitable for use by the elderly, our technical understanding was quite limited. Mr. Kok patiently listened to our needs and helped us choose a model. Unfortunately, after purchase, we realised the phone could not work for our home setup.
When we returned to seek help, he welcomed us with kindness and understanding. He patiently explained the situation, and although it wasn’t his fault, he sincerely apologised for the inconvenience. He even took the initiative to check with his superior and arranged a refund for us without any fuss.
We truly appreciate his professionalism, humility, and genuine care for customers. His positive attitude and willingness to help made our experience with Harvey Norman a very pleasant one. Staff like Mr. Kok are a great asset to the company, and we hope his excellent service can be recognised.

Dishonest salesperson, or salesperson with a lack of knowledge, without validation and upsell. I was served by an old lady handling the built-in kitchen area. I bought the Techno hob, and she emphasized that the glass had a lifetime warranty. Based on her recommendation, we decided to buy from her, despite knowing we could get it cheaper on Shopee; we chose to let her earn the commission. During installation, the technician who helped us told us that the glass comes with a 10-year warranty, not a lifetime warranty. While 10 years is long enough, it's still not a lifetime. Therefore, the saleswoman, Ming Ming Que, should check her facts before making such claims. This makes the entire shopping experience at Harvey Norman questionable.

I went to Harvey Norman Lot One to look for a fridge and a standing fan. Gary, a salesman, attended to me. He politely introduced himself and attentively listened to what I requested. He patiently showed me around to look at products and made recommendations on which products were suitable for my household needs. In the end, I chose what Gary recommended, which I think is a good choice. I praised Gary for his good service, and I am very happy to give Gary two thumbs up for making my buying trip a wonderful one.
