Bought from Shopee for the voucher’s, it’s clearly stated milk tea (With pearl),came home noticed that no pearl inside the drinks,very disappointed as bought 0% sugar without pearl would be bland. For tempura purchased (2 portions),then the lady working insisted only 1 voucher is valid,another 1 has expired despite I purchased 2 together and haven’t use any of it yet. Disappointed with the service,they didn’t attend to us friendly too..

Firstly, the food and drink were marvelous as the portion is big. In addition, the fries was well seasoned and the staff were really friendly!

I ordered the tofu fries with seaweed seasoning, but unfortunately the seasoning was way too heavy. It completely overpowered the dish and made it difficult to enjoy. A lighter touch would have made a big difference.

I would like to highlight that I added an egg for $1.90 to my bento set, but once again, it was not included in my order. This is the second time this has happened, and it's very disappointing. Such repeated oversight is not acceptable and reflects poorly on your service. On top of that, the food is consistently too salty, which makes it less enjoyable and unhealthy.

Ordered via Grab. Drink is extremely sweet despite choosing "not sweet". Popcorn chicken and fries are super salty. Every piece of chicken is heavily coated in the chilli powder, it is so salty that I had to throw it away. Extremely disappointed. It is a waste of money. The branch at hillion mall is way better.

Always order the Signature Skewer Bento my son also love the Premium chicken mid wing.
