The portions were tiny, and the food looked quite dry. When I asked for more curry sauce, everyone looked at the old employee. The employee seemed 'bo chup' and gave no response. The Hainanese chicken cutlet opposite the Hockhua Tonic is better tasting and more value for money.

For the second time, the $1.90 egg I added to my bento set was not included in my order. This is very disappointing. Such repeated oversight is not acceptable and reflects poorly on your service. On top of that, the food is consistently too salty, which makes it less enjoyable and unhealthy.

Bought from Shopee for the vouchers. It was clearly stated milk tea (with pearl), but when I came home, I noticed that no pearl was inside the drinks. Very disappointed, as buying 0% sugar without pearl would be bland. For the tempura purchased (2 portions), the lady working insisted only 1 voucher was valid. Another one had expired, despite having purchased both together and not having used any of them yet. Disappointed with the service; they didn't attend to us in a friendly manner either.

I ordered the tofu fries with seaweed seasoning, but unfortunately the seasoning was far too heavy. It completely overpowered the dish and made it difficult to enjoy. A lighter touch would have made a big difference.

Ordered via Grab. The drink was extremely sweet, despite choosing "not sweet". The popcorn chicken and fries were super salty. Every piece of chicken was heavily coated in chili powder, and it was so salty that I had to throw it away. Extremely disappointed. It was a waste of money. The branch at Hillion Mall is way better.
