Firstly, the food and drink were marvelous as the portions were big. In addition, the fries were well seasoned, and the staff were really friendly!

Here's the edited review: The portions were tiny, and the food looked quite dry. When I asked for more curry sauce, everyone looked at the old employee. The employee seemed indifferent, and there was no response. The Hainanese chicken cutlet opposite the Hockhua Tonic is better tasting and more value for money.

I added an egg for $1.90 to my bento set, but once again, it was not included in my order. This is the second time this has happened, and it's very disappointing. Such repeated oversight is not acceptable and reflects poorly on your service. On top of that, the food is consistently too salty, which makes it less enjoyable and unhealthy.

Bought from Shopee using vouchers. It was clearly stated that the milk tea came with pearl, but upon coming home, I noticed there were no pearls inside the drink. I was very disappointed, as a 0% sugar drink without pearls would be bland. For the tempura purchased (2 portions), the lady working then insisted only one voucher was valid, and the other had expired, despite me having purchased both together and not having used either of them yet. Disappointed with the service, they also didn't attend to us in a friendly manner.

I ordered the tofu fries with seaweed seasoning, but unfortunately the seasoning was overly heavy. It completely overpowered the dish and made it difficult to enjoy. A lighter touch would have made a big difference.

Ordered via Grab. The drink was extremely sweet despite choosing "not sweet." Popcorn chicken and fries were super salty. Every piece of chicken was heavily coated in the chilli powder; it was so salty that I had to throw it away. I was extremely disappointed. It was a waste of money. The branch at Hillion Mall is way better.
