At Japan Home (Store 02), an auntie was uncooperative, refusing to issue a receipt after realizing they had calculated the total incorrectly. Receipts should serve as proof of purchase, allowing us to verify what we bought and the amount paid. Without the receipt, I feel that the auntie is not transparent or is trying to hide something from me, which is unprofessional and unreliable. Sometimes I wonder if they take home the money themselves? Or split it among their colleagues? It seems like a scam to me. At that point, I even wondered if I should call the police to intervene. After calling the Japan Home call center, I believe the staff involved should receive proper training, or perhaps they should just resign. I won't be shopping at Japan Home again. How I wish I could give 0 stars on this review site.

Super bad service. I bought a permanent marker, but the staff didn't include it in my plastic bag. After I got home, I realized my permanent marker was missing. I checked the receipt, and it was listed there. To the staff: Please don't talk on the phone while working, as you can't focus on what you're doing. The marker only cost a dollar, but I bought it because I needed it so badly today. To other customers: please check your stuff before leaving the shop. This is because the staff tends not to include everything you've purchased.

Horrible cashiers. The discount voucher details had faded, so I asked the cashier to check. Their response was unfriendly and rude. I told them to give feedback to their bosses on this issue, and they simply ignored me.

Worst cashier service I ever came across. Wanted to exchange the wrong-sized disposable travel underwear that I bought. The packages were unopened and intact. The cashier just raised her voice and told me there was no exchange for underwear. I told her these were disposable and unopened. She kept repeating "no exchange" and kept talking to people who were outside the shop. I had to tell her to be respectful as I had waited and approached her first. I also told her Japan Home's return policy stated goods in original condition, accompanied by receipts. She very reluctantly did the exchange for me with a very displeased expression. Terrible customer service!!

Today I had a wonderful experience at Japan Home Lot One! I purchased an item in the store about six days ago. My family didn't like it, so I tried to return it. The staff at the counter offered an exchange. Upon seeing the refund policy on the website, I requested a refund. I got my refund. The two ladies at the counter were very helpful and generous.
