The business appeared to have deteriorated, with many outlets putting up clearance sales ... but not with real clearance sale prices.... stuff are strewn all over and staff are not exactly helpful.

I get doormats, frying pans, saucepans aromatherapy oils from Japan home. I am not a member yet,must take time out to apply for membership. Japan Home at West Mall is bigger than the one at Yew Tee Point.

Good bargain, only setback is shouldn't have string tied across one small corner for stock checking. No staff was even there & I wanted to buy something there, was not able to access. If staff is out for lunch, then shud remove barrier.

The strangest shopping experience I had was at JapanHome. The cashier seemed impatient and unwilling to help when the card payment machine wasn’t working and the 10% membership discount wasn’t applied to my purchase.

Super bad service. Bought permanent marker and the staff didn't include it in my plastic bag. Checked after back home and missing my permanent marker. Checked receipts but there's permanent marker included. Please staff don't call and doing work and then you can't focus of what you doing. The marker cost only a dollars but i bought it because i need so badly today. For customer please check your stuff before leaving the shop. Because the staff tend to not include all the things that you bought.

Worst cashier service I ever come across. Wanted to exchange the wrong sized disposal travel underwear that I bought. The packages were unopened and intact. The cashier just raised her voice and told me no exchange for underwear. I told her these are disposal ones and unopened. She kept repeating no exchange and kept talking to people who were outside the shop. I had to tell her to be respectful as I had waited and approached her first. Also I told her Japan Home return policy stated goods in original condition accompanied by receipts. She very reluctantly did the exchange for me with a very black face. Terrible customer service!!

Horrible cashiers. Discount vouchers details had faded so asked cashier to check. Their response were unfriendly and rude. I told them to feedback to their bosses on this issue and they just ignored.

02 Japan home auntie inpatient, doesn't want to issue receipt after knowing they calculated wrongly, receipts should serve as proof of purchase, allowing us to verify what we bought and the amount paid. Without the receipt, I feel that the aunty is not transparent or is trying to hide something from me which is unprofessional and unreliable. Sometimes I wonder they take home the money themselves? or split among their colleagues? seems like a scam to me. At that point of time, maybe I should call police to intervene? After calling Japan Home call centre, they should receive a proper training or maybe should resign with them together. Won't be shopping in Japan home again. How I wish I can put 0 star on this review site.

Today I had wonderful experience in Japan Home Lot One! I'd purchased an item in store about 6 days ago. My family didn't like it so I tried to return it. The counter asked me to take in exchange. Upon seeeing on the website the refund policy, I requested for refund. I got my refund back. Very helpful and generous Two ladies on the counter.

If you are looking for a place where they sell cheap and good quality stuffs then of course Japan home is the best choice out there!!! It sells a lot of home appliances which are cool and can decorate your house to your liking!!
