If i could give 0 stars,i would. Their skills no doubt very good for my young son's curly hair. Some of the hairdressers can handle curly hair well. But all that goes down the drain as they have 0 soft skills. I went down today to get my son's hair cut 29/3 between 3pm-3.05pm. I asked if we could get a haircut for my son and the guy handling the front counter just brushed me off and glared at me and speak in a high tone "cannot all full". I asked again even for a toddler?. He raised his voice even louder and glared without apologising and offering to book an appointment. Thats CS 101. The purple hair lady also not helpful at all. If you dont want to work weekend then dont work retail la and vent your anger at customers. I would formally make a complaint to HQ once they are back open after the long holidays. I dont need money,I need an apology for making your paying customer look like a beggar. Please do review the CCTV footage at the given time.

My wife went for her facial treatment last few days & was forced to buy package though she didn’t want to continue any by the consultant manager there, Adel or smth. with another one wearing specs. Looked professional, but doing all these hard selling after she has done with her facial treatment. Doesn’t your company has enough money already? Hard-selling thing like this. Don’t force people to buy anything, if they already said they don’t want to. Adel & the specs woman, wake up your idea!!!! Stop hard selling. You got kids to feed, so do weeeeee!!!!!

While I appreciate the enthusiasm and effort your sales/consultants team into promoting facial products and packages, I found the approach to be quite pushy at times. After expressing my disinterest or saying "no," I felt an increased pressure to continue engaging in the sales conversation, which made me extremely uncomfortable. It felt as though I was walking into a lion's den, where I was backed into a corner rather than being guided through a discussion. I believe a more respectful and consultative approach would enhance the customer experience tremendously. Listening to customer needs and respecting their decisions, even when they are not ready to buy, could foster better relationships and potentially lead to future sales.

Jessie Foong, the hairdresser of Lot One outlet ,provides excellent hairdressing services. She is very experienced and knows what I need. I followed her through for more than 20 years, from IMM outlet to Lot One. She personalised hairstyling according to what I want, be it for job interviews, or for special occasions, she did it for me. I always got my job offer each time she styled my hair before a job interview. Big thanks to my hairdresser, Jessie, who journeyed with me through the years!

Been a customer for 10 years with Kelvin and Nico as my hairstylists. Nico has really good hair washing and massage technique, and Kelvin is also a very friendly and personable hairstylist. Would recommend this place if you have the right budget.
