cool hot wheels. staff were horrible however. they were gossiping about my friends in chinese saying "this fat one havent go yet leh” and then laughed. whenever i come to this outlet, the staff would always give my friends and I looks as if we would steal things.

Pit-stop for all parents and kids. It cover everything that a baby needs to a pre-teens stuff.
Due to it is a pit stop for all kids, don't take for granted for the condition of the toy by not checking it.

Staff are rude and require a better customer service training, probably they didn’t take the chance to use their skillfuture credit to learn the course. Thus being rude and judgemental

I bought 4 water bottles. And found out 1 water bottle inside rubber spoil. The next day I went back ask for a change. One of the Chinese female staff keep on accuse me that I make spoil. Said I use steamer to steam it or use hot water. I told her that I never even wash it. best part she don't want change a new water bottle for me and keep on accuse me that I make spoil the water bottle. This is so unprofessional and rude. Hope they can send their staff go for a basic customer service training.

I recently visited this outlet with my partner, and we were looking at the tutu skirts section while taking some pictures of it. However, we were approached twice by two staff members who made comments such as, “What are you guys doing? Don’t spoil the skirt,” and “Don’t spill your drink on it, or you’ll have to pay.”
This interaction felt quite unnecessary and was disappointing, especially since we were simply browsing the items. It’s concerning to experience such comments directed at customers, and it raises questions about the level of customer service being provided.
Additionally, both staff members mentioned, “Because we can’t sell our stuff,” after their remarks, which only added to the discomfort of the situation.
The staff directed this comment exclusively to us and not to the other customers. I believe this may have been based on their assumption that we were students, as we were carrying backpacks, unlike the other patrons. This behavior was both uncalled for and disrespectful.

I bought 4 water bottles. I found that the rubber seal inside one water bottle was spoiled. The next day, I went back to ask for a replacement. One of the Chinese female staff members kept on accusing me that I had spoiled it. She claimed I had used a steamer or hot water. I told her that I had never even washed it. To make matters worse, she refused to replace the water bottle and kept on accusing me that I had spoiled it. This is so unprofessional and rude. Kiddy palace is a magical place..i can come in empty handed and come out with things i dont know if my daughter would really use or play with.
Nearly everything one would need for their children and then some.
Not the cheapest but save you the hassle of waiting for that dan Qoo10 delivery van.
Their staffs are quiet pleasant and very helpful and always seem to know where is what.
Overall this branch at Lot One is the best I have been at.

Always buy stuff from here when I'm looking for water bottles or toys for my kids. Also come here to look for stuff when buying stuff for baby showers. It has all the basic toys. Enough varieties to handle from toddlers to 8-9yo.

Variety of toys for girls and boys.. sometimes they have seasons offer which is very good... Dresses are very cute especially for girls and good quality of materials lasting for long years.. bought many Birthday dresses..some even looks good after 5 years also .. though the prices are higher.. sometimes very high for dress but the quality is really good. You get all nursing stuffs ranging from milk bottle, sterilizer, breast feeding kits of all brands mostly..

I visited the store earlier on and the staff, Janet and Siew Leng in particular have demonstrated excellent customer service and what a customer would expect going into a store. Based on their consistent efforts, I was happily able to look for what I needed and am very satisfied with my purchase. Kiddy palace has put together a great team and because of their skillset, I feel valued and respected. I even got a membership due to the service I have received, would visit again.

Another kids' store I couldn't pass up and I'm glad I stopped in! Lots of colorful toys, stuffed beanie animals, little die cast cars, some games, baby and toddler amusements, crafts and science kits, plus clothes and accessories of all sorts.
My mini-haul included a couple of neat toy cars and two bargain items: sunscreen powder for just $7.50 (comes in a variety of shades, safe for kids as well as old people like me!) and $1.90 for a nifty little powder puff. The suncreen powder came with a nice sponge applicator, though. Just wanted the powder puff for other makeup uses. Anyway...the point is, stores like this carry miscellaneous items so they are definitely worth stopping in to see.
The not-great things: Like other shoppers have mentioned, though, aisles are sooo narrow. I don't know how they expect parents with kids in a stroller or in a frontpack can maneuver. And they have a no-returns-at-all policy, according to their receipt, so make sure what you buy is what you want. Those two not-good items make it 4 stars for me, not 5. I still like the store and I will definitely be back.

Wonderful place to buy stuff for kids, toddlers as well as new borns.
The place is very well organised and has multiple sections for different products, toys, dresses, bicycles, prams and baby strollers. The choice is also diverse and huge especially in the toys section.
Often you would find decent discounts which makes shopping more affordable.
