Had a pleasant experience purchasing from this outlet. On a Sunday afternoon, it was relatively quiet with little or no queues. Waiting time was minimal, and service was quick. The lady was polite, so the service was good. The $1.90 drink is pretty worth it, although it can taste diluted. But if you are looking for a quick drink, whether to quench your thirst or enjoy a cup, the $1.90 drink is the way to go. Highly recommended :)

I've ordered on Grab twice, and the same scenario has occurred. I've ordered mixed potato pearls, but they ran out of them, didn't update the app, and I couldn't cancel the order. It is very disappointing.

I requested less ice on the mobile order, but there is clearly still a lot of ice. If this is considered less ice, imagine how much ice is given for normal ice.

Very poor service. The staff member was alone, so I could understand that ordering and preparing drinks would take longer. Even so, I'm not sure why she gave off such an unfriendly vibe. She offered no smile and just behaved grumpily. Even though my drink and the next customer's were ready, she chose not to give them to us, but instead to settle another customer's order error.

Service was fast, and the drink was bussin. Everything was good, apart from the fact that the person was very impatient. She kept asking for my order when I told her I was still deciding, and there was no one behind me.

I bought the bundle. This drink is very sweet, so I recommend 25% or 0% sugar. Even though it’s not my favorite, the service at this outlet was great. The cashier was very patient with me when I was ordering, and the other staff member was kind enough to provide me with another gift bag because she was afraid that the bag would rupture under the weight of 2 drinks. I was really appreciative of how thoughtful the staff was! I got my drinks really quickly too.
