Very disappointed, as I’ve been getting these poorly made drinks every time I ordered through GrabFood. This time around, however, it’s a bit too much, and no, it’s not the driver’s fault that it’s like this. The quantity of the drinks is not filled close to the brim. There was no golden pearl in the Red Bull, even though it was stated on the sticker. I won’t recommend this store.

The service attitude of an Indian lady was terrible. As someone who stays nearby and has gone to this store multiple times, this is not an occasional issue. I can see from reviews that many complaints came from her service. Why hasn't the management taken any actions?

It was a crowded Sunday and there was a long queue, but I got my drinks fast. Service staff were also polite. A happy customer.

Had a pleasant experience purchasing from this outlet. On a Sunday afternoon, it is relatively quiet with little to no queues. Waiting time was minimal, and service was quick. The lady was polite, so the service was good. The $1.90 drink is pretty worth it, although it can taste diluted. But if you are looking for a quick drink, whether to quench your thirst or enjoy a cup, the $1.90 drink is the way to go. Highly recommended :)

I've ordered on Grab twice, and the same scenario has happened. I've ordered mixed potato pearls, but they ran out of them without updating the app, and I couldn't cancel the order. It is very disappointing.

I requested less ice on the mobile order, but there is clearly still a lot of ice. If this is considered less ice, imagine how much ice is given for a normal order.
