first time trying and got a large jasmine scented milk tea. can choose to add whipped cream which was interesting. the drink has some peach taste to it which threw me off cos i dont like peach taste lol. should have tried a M instead. But i am willing to purchase another time to see if it really should be tasting like this.

Tried the Jasmine Scented Milk Tea and I really like it! Tasted just like the famous bbt shop in China! The girl was also nice to accommodate to my request to change sugar level after I ordered. Love the caramel(?) Roasted walnuts on top of the whipped cream~ 😃

My girl and I enjoyed the Jasmine Fragrant Milk Tea! There’s a layer of whip cream on top, with some crushed roasted walnuts! Love the strong tea flavors infused with milk!

Saturday noon quite busy. They have a lot of walk-in and delivery orders. Understand they took quite a while to make my 1 cup. I saw some with more than 4 cups per person. The tea no doubt very nice. I thought it was going to be just some peach syrup. It was with real peach bits in it! Yum! The Chinese lady was polite even though she was busy. Can speak English. Kudos. Highly recommend. 👍👍

one of my favourite bubbletea stores in singapore! for tea lovers, this is definitely the place for you. not only do they have a wide range of tea flavours, they also have unique toppings such as osthmanthus jelly and tea jelly. the service i've experienced is also top notch, with each cup carefully crafted by the staff there. they're also more than happy to accomodate if you bring your own bottle, which is a huge point personally. the pricing is also rather affordable, so do give this place a try! :)

Best store ever! There are a lot of bubble tea stores in Lot 1, but I still choose Miss Tea — my favorite bubble tea! It's one of my favorite bubble teas in Singapore, ever, and the store offers the best service. The staff in Lot 1 are also very friendly.
